1. Organizer of the promotion
   1. The organizer of the promotion “BLACK FRIDAY” is PURMERUL Ltd. with a registered office and registered address in Bulgaria, Plovdiv. 4002, 22 Lyuleburgas Street, fl. 4, ap. 9, UIC 201172065.
2. Official rules
   1. Participants in the Promotion are required to comply with the terms and conditions of the rules described below, called the Official Rules.
   2. The official rules are published before the promotion begins at www.cocosolis.com/uk/. More information can be obtained by calling +359 2 862 11 64 (the phone call rate is determined according to the caller’s tariff plan) every business day from 09:30 to 18:00.
   3. The organizer of the promotion preserves the right to change or add to the Official Rules at any time by announcing it publicly.
3. The territory of the promotion
   1. The promotion is both organized and held on the territory of the United Kingdom.
4. Right to participate
   1. All individuals, who are 18 years old or older, residing on the territory of the United Kingdom are eligible to participate in the Promotion.
   2. Employees of PURMERUL Ltd., all partners and agencies related to the Promotion, as well as family members of all the above mentioned persons are not allowed to participate in the Promotion.
5. Duration of the promotion
   1. The promotion is valid while stocks last. 
6. Participating Products
   1. The promotion includes all products available at www.cocosolis.com/uk/.
7. Promotion description and mechanism for participation in the promotion
   1. This promotion gives customers the opportunity to purchase COCOSOLIS products of their choice, with each product on the site at a certain percentage discount. Customers also have the opportunity to purchase selected products that are pre-included in special promo packages with a certain percentage discount.
   2. The offer is valid only on the official COCOSOLIS website, while supplies last.
   3. To benefit from the promotion, besides at https://cocosolis.com/uk/, participants can also place their order in the following ways:
      1. by calling +359 2 862 11 64
      2. by sending a private message to COCOSOLIS’s Facebook profile: https://www.facebook.com/cocosolisen 
      3. by sending a personal message to COCOSOLIS’s Instagram profile: www.instagram.com/cocosolis.official 
   4. The delivery is made through the courier company to the address given by the Participant or to the courier office chosen by the Participant. If the user does not provide access and conditions for the delivery of the goods at the specified address within the specified time limit or does not go to the specified office of the courier company in order to receive the goods in time, the Organizer shall be released from the obligation to fulfill the requested delivery.
   5. All other standard and promotional package offers and promo codes are NOT valid during the promotion period mentioned in item 5.
8. Disputes and liability
   1. Disputes between the Organizer and the Participants in the same shall be settled by mutual agreement. Failure to achieve such an agreement will result in it being given over to the respective competent courts in the Republic of Bulgaria.
   2. The Organizer will not be responsible for providing prizes submitted outside the deadlines and quantities specified in these rules.
   3. The Organizer of the promotion is not responsible if the Participant has provided an invalid or non-correspondent email address or contact telephone number.
9. Replacement and Product returns
   1. In accordance with consumer protection law, the participant has the right to return the purchased products without any penalties and without having to state any reason. It is only necessary to inform COCOSOLIS.COM within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
   2. Returned products must be sent back to COCOSOLIS within seven (7) days of the date on which information was sent on the decision to return the purchased products.
   3. In certain circumstances, it is possible to exchange one product with another.

10. Termination of the promotion
    1. The Organizer has the irrevocable right to terminate the Promotion at any time, announcing it in accordance with point 2 of these Official Rules, in case of abuse, violation of the rules, as well as in case of force majeure or for other objective reasons. In case of abuse, misconduct or violation of the Official Rules by a participant, the Organizer has the right to disqualify him. In these cases no compensation is due to the participants.

12. Lowest price at which the product has been sold for in the last 30 days. 
    1. It is determined separately for each promotion and means the lowest price at which the product was sold on the site in the last 30 days before the start of the current promotion.
    2. The product for which we show this price may have been purchased at a lower price in the previous period, if the customer used an additional voucher/promo code for an individual discount.
    3. It may differ from the price at which the product was sold immediately prior to the current promotion.
    4. Refers only to the price of the product on the official COCOSOLIS website and does not take into account the prices in the individual physical stores where the product is available.
    5. There may be a difference between the “lowest price” of the same product for different promotions.
    6. Promotions on the site and their conditions may differ from discounts and campaigns in physical stores where COCOSOLIS products are available. When ordering on the site, only the terms and conditions announced on the site and applicable to the online store apply.
