1. 1. When visiting the site, a COCOSOLIS gift box is displayed. In order to win a prize, the user must first enter their email address. After successfully entering the email address, the user can open the COCOSOLIS box. 1. This promotion allows customers to get a free product when ordering a product/products on the website https://cocosolis.com/ru/ for an amount exceeding 2,000 ₽. The prize will be added automatically when the user adds the product/products to the cart. In case of receiving a free product, the customer receives an additional offer — to get another free product if he/she adds another product/products to his/her order for an amount of at least 2,000 ₽.

4. Delivery is carried out by the courier service SDEK with options for delivery to the door or to the pick-up point. In case of non-compliance with the obligations on the part of the customer, namely: if the customer did not accept the delivery to a certain address and at a certain time, or did not pick up his order at the pick-up point of the courier service within a certain time, the Seller is released from fulfilling his obligations for delivery.

• Disputes and responsibilities of the parties  

1. 1. 1. Disputes between the Organizer of the Promotion and the participants are resolved by mutual agreement. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute is resolved through the courts of the Republic of Bulgaria.
      2. The organizer has the right to refuse to award prizes that are presented outside the time period and in the quantity specified in these rules.
      3. The Organizer of the Promotion shall not be held liable if the Participant provides an incorrect or inappropriate email address or contact telephone number.

• Exchange and return

1. 1. 1. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the participant has the right to return the goods ordered by him without any penalties and indication of the reason for the return. It is necessary to simply inform COCOSOLIS.COM within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order. 
      2. The goods must be sent back to COCOSOLIS within 7 days from the date of sending information about the decision to return the purchased goods.
      3. Under certain circumstances, exchange of goods is possible.

• Rules for holding and terminating promotions 

1. 1. 1. The organizer has the right to conduct promotional campaigns and offer discounts on certain or all products, which does not contradict the General Rules for the Sale of Products.

The Organizer has the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate this Promotion at any time by publishing the relevant information in accordance with paragraph 2 of these Rules, in the event of violations of the rules, abuse, or the occurrence of force majeure circumstances or other objective reasons. In this case, the participants will not receive any compensation.
